As an executive at the pharmaceutical company Sanofi, Céline Schillinger created and led the stakeholder engagement function for the vaccine business. With the help of "Corporate Activism", she launched several communities to develop co-created solutions in the field of marketing, talent management and quality improvement. In 2018, she set up her own consultancy, We Need Social, as an affiliate of Harvard professor and change leadership consultant John Kotter. Her book "Dare to un-lead" was recently published.
